Meet The Coaches – Caroline, Rebecca, and Tony

Here we meet three of our Cancer Coaches: Caroline Haines, Rebecca Cunnigham, and Tony Winyard.

Our coaches are an active part of our Tree of Life Anti-Cancer Lifestyle Community and Coaching Programme, where they offer support and guidance in our topic specific communities, run live online Group Education events, and deliver cancer coaching programmes. Our coaching team guides you on your path to wellness. They help set achievable goals, develop personalised strategies, and provide ongoing support to enhance your physical, emotional, and mental well-being to compliment your Tree of Life journey.

Our new coaching team are fully trained on all 7-modules of the Tree of Life Anti-Cancer Lifestyle Programme—Stress management and Emotional Well-being, Growth and Behaviour Change, Nutrition, Exercise and Movement, Sleep, Gut Health, Digestion and Elimination, and Protection from Toxins—to provide you with qualified and up to date information to put you in the best possible position while also putting this information into practice to make it happen in your reality. Our Coaches will help you both physically and mentally—at every stage of cancer from prevention through to treatment and recovery—to support healing, enhance quality of life, and minimise the risk of cancer recurrence.

Another important role of a Cancer Coach is to simply listen and provide a safe space where you can talk about your experience and let go of negative emotions. Many of our Cancer Coaches are survivors themselves, who now dedicate their lives to support others, just like you.

Let’s meet Caroline, Rebecca, and Tony.

Caroline Haines is an experienced health coach having worked within the NHS, helping people with challenges including cancer, heart disease, obesity and mental health.

Caroline has a passion for holistic health and helping people feel their best. She brings an empathetic, kind and non-judgemental energy to coaching sessions, to empower you to make choices that are in alignment with your health. She lives in Surrey with her partner and 4 sons, so she is used to the daily juggle of many priorities. She loves good food, the gym, seeing friends & having fun but also balancing the craziness with being a meditation instructor.

Rebecca Cunningham.

Rebecca is a health coach and GP who is passionate about empowering & supporting people on their health journey.

Rebecca’s background as an NHS GP developed a real appreciation of the impact that lifestyle has on health. It has also given her experience of the inspirational changes that people are capable of making with the right support. As a result of this, and wanting to better support individuals, Rebecca has undergone additional training to become a health coach.

Rebecca is passionate about working as a health coach with 1:1 clients. She brings kindness & compassion to coaching but is not afraid of 'difficult' conversations or to challenge (when needed/wanted) to help clients reach their goals.
