Choose green or red apples to create this delicious snack; you can also simply cut the apple in slices.

Make sure to choose your nut butter free from sugar or any other ingredients. A good quality nut butter should contain nuts only.

Crunchy apple-cinnamon snack

A delicious mid-morning or late afternoon snack with the yummy flavour of apple pie that is nutrient dense and rich in antioxidants, fiber, and protein.

Toss together in a bowl ½ of a red apple cut into cubes, a small handful of nuts (cashews, walnuts, or almonds) and a small handful of pumpkin seeds (pepitas). Shake cinnamon powder over the top.

High in antioxidants and fiber, the creamy texture of the coconut yoghurt combined with the crunchiness of the bee pollen tastes divine. Bee pollen, a powerful immunity booster, is loaded with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.

Put 4 scoops of Coconut yoghurt (dairy free) into a bowl. Top with one fresh fig cut into slices (you can also use other fruits, like berries or apple). Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of bee pollen.
