You’ve recently been diagnosed with cancer and are wondering what part nutrition will play in your recovery

You’re confused about what is a myth and what is the truth with nutrition and cancer

At the Cancer Coach, we have done the research for you!

We do recommend paying close attention to the food you eat. Here is why:

A diet high in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and lean protein may help recovery from cancer.

Conversely, processed meats, refined carbs, salt and alcohol may worsen your prognosis.

Though no diet has been proven to cure cancer, plant-based and keto diets may lower your risk or benefit treatment.

At the Cancer Coach we consider that there is enough research linking low quality nutrition to poorer prognosis, poorer outcome and poorer quality of life.
Ask yourself the question: do you really want to take the risk?

But now, you’re probably worrying about: How can I achieve this?
How can I put this into practise in my daily life? How can I prepare the nutritious food I need while I am undergoing treatment.
