Pour ½ cup of coconut milk or nut milk in a high speed blender, add the frozen bananas and strawberries and blend until it’s smooth and creamy.

Remove one bunch of seedless grapes from their stems. Wash and gently pat dry. Place grapes on a baking sheet or plate and freeze in a single layer until firm, a few hours or overnight.
Puree the frozen grapes in a food processor or blender, scraping down sides. Add honey, zest and juice. Puree a little longer until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refreeze in small containers for a terrific anytime treat!
Tip: You can make sorbet with all different types of frozen fruit. Try using mango, pineapple, papaya, berries…or even a mixture of a few types.
